Course and Workshop Terms and Conditions

  • Early-Bird Bookings: Your booking information must be received by the early-bird date stipulated for each course.

  • Confirmation Date: Once your booking has been received, your course will be confirmed 7 days prior to the start date for the course and you will then receive an email with course details and instructions.

  • Once your booking is complete and your payment has been processed, a tax receipt will be issued via email.

  • Cancellation Procedure: If you need to cancel, you must do so directly by phone 5 days (120 hours) before the course start date & time and a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation Refund Policy: Any cancellation within 5 days (120 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the cost of the course to cover room hire and administration costs.

  • No refund can be given for cancellations within 2 days (48 hours) of the start time of the course. However you are welcome to substitute another participant and not incur any cancellation fee or charges.

  • Cancelled Courses: If there are insufficient numbers for Speaking Connections to conduct a course at the Confirmation Date (7 days prior to start date), you will be offered an alternative training option for your consideration, or your payments will be refunded in total.

  • All care will be taken to give you suitable notice if speaking Connections needs to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforseen circumstances.

    Speaking Connections shall not in any way be held responsible for any expenses that the participant or company may incur as a result of having to cancel or reschedule a course.

 

SPEAKING CONNECTIONS

Developing Confident Communication Terms and Conditions for Academic, Corporate and In-House Business Training

  • Booking Confirmation: Seminars & workshops are to be confirmed 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the start date of the event.

  • Payment: 50% of the training cost is payable immediately to confirm arrangements. A tax receipt will be issued.
    Final 50% payment is due at the start date of each course.

  • Cancellation Procedure: If you need to cancel, you must do so in writing or directly by phone 4 weeks before the course start date and a full refund of any deposit received will be issued.
    Any cancellation or changes to the date or location within 4 weeks may incur a 30% charge of the total cost of the course to cover any travel, accommodation, conference room hire, consultancy fees and administration costs that we have incurred.

  • No refund can be given for cancellations within 7 days of the course/seminar start date. However you are welcome to substitute other participants and not incur any cancellation fee or charges.

  • Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our training Speaking Connections provides a money-back guarantee minus the cost of any venue, catering, travelling and accommodation expenses incurred.

  • All care will be taken to give suitable notice if Speaking Connections needs to reschedule or cancel a course. Speaking Connections will endeavour to reschedule at a mutually convenient date.
