Public Speaking with Confidence Course

Early-Bird Bookings: Your booking information must be received by the early-bird date stipulated for each course.

Confirmation Date: Once your booking has been received, your course will be confirmed 7 days prior to the start date for the course and you will then receive an email with course details and instructions.

Once your booking is complete and your payment has been processed, a tax receipt will be issued via email.

Cancellation Procedure: If you need to cancel, you must do so directly by phone 5 days (120 hours) before the course start date & time and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Refund Policy: Any cancellation within 5 days (120 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the cost of the course to cover room hire and administration costs.

No refund can be given for cancellations within 2 days (48 hours) of the start time of the course. However you are welcome to substitute another participant and not incur any cancellation fee or charges.

Cancelled Courses: If there are insufficient numbers for Speaking Connections to conduct a course at the Confirmation Date (7 days prior to start date), you will be offered an alternative training option for your consideration, or your payments will be refunded in total.

All care will be taken to give you suitable notice if speaking Connections needs to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforseen circumstances.
